Jeffries graduated from Massaponax High School in Virginia, and attended Florida International University where she studied Communication Arts and Fine Arts. At 21, she was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Witnesses said Jeffries stabbed a former friend five times after threatening the friend on Facebook. Eventually, the charges were dropped.
