The Texas-born actress Jennifer Garner, was spotted inspecting the construction site of her Brentwood house before picking up her son Samuel from school. The 49 year old actress stepped out on Thursday in an old pair of blue jeans, a white long-sleeve shirt and brown sneakers.
The Brentwood property bought by the actress in 2019 for nearly $7.9 million was built back in 1930. The property torn down in order to build a brand new one from the ground up, which has been under construction for more than a year.
